From 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 70% REFUND. Excluding the penalties or service fee charged by the third parties, such as hotels, airlines, railways, Paypal, etc. We will itemized the items charged by the third parties if applicable.
From 7 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% REFUND. Excluding the penalties or service fee charged by the third parties, such as hotels, airlines, railways, Paypal, etc. We will itemized the items charged by the third parties if applicable.

* If we (Silkroad Travel) are unable to implement the contract before the program starts due to any event of force majeure that beyond our control, such as war, extreme weather, natural disaster, fire, act of government, etc. we will inform you (travelers) at the first possible opportunity and provide you with the feasible solutions. Credits and refund will be issued according to the service we actually provide, less the unrecoverable fees and penalties already paid to the third parties.
* If we (Silkroad Travel) cancels or postpones the program before it starts for the reasons completely within its discretion, such as but not limited to insufficient group size, all the payment you (travelers) paid will be refunded, less the unrecoverable fees and penalties already paid to the third parties.
