9 Days Xi'an and Luoyang Tour

Today your travel begins with a welcome meeting at airport. After checking in the hotel, rest of your time is free to explore the Charming Xi'an, an ancient city with a long history and colorful culture. There are many historical sites worth visiting.

After breakfast, we will take train to Luoyang, upon arrival, head to Longmen Grottoes,  one of the finest examples of Chinese Buddhist art, which are as many as 100,000 statues within the 2,345 caves, ranging from an 1 inch (25 mm) to 57 feet (17 m) in height and nearly 2,500 stelaes and inscriptions. This is a visual feast for those who 'd like to visit Buddhist statues.

After breakfast,  we will head out to White Horse Temple (Baima Temple), considered by most believers as "the cradle of Chinese Buddhism" where you can enjoy all kinds of statues.

Then, move on to the next spot: Shaolin Temple, a fascinating place to learn about the origins of Buddhism and the discipline of Kung Fu. You will be amazed by the pagoda forest celebrating numerous eminent monks over 1200 years. 20mins Kung Fu Show bring all those action movies to life.

After visiting, drive you to Kaifeng for overnight stay.

Morning pick you up from the hotel and take you to visit the Memorial Temple of Lord Bao, this buildings tell the legendary stories of Lord Bao. 

Then we will visit the Xiangguo Monastery, one of the top ten Monastery in China, Xiangguo Monastery used to be one of the famous centers of Buddhism in ancient China.

The final site we will visit today is Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, It is the first antique theme park in China based on paintings. Reproduced the folk customs, lifestyle, as well as the culture of the Song Dynasty.

Say goodbye to Kaifeng and take the morning train to our next stop Xian. 

Afterwards, drive to the Ancient City Wall, the most well-preserved city wall and the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. You will have a bird's-eye view of panorama of Xi'an city when wandering along the city wall. Afterwards, wandering through the tight and interesting Muslim Quarter Streets to experience the local lifestyle. Street vendors selling all sorts of goods from souvenirs, hand crafted products and local snacks. You need to bargain with the vendors if you are buying goods.

In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner and have a good rest in the hotel.

Have breakfast in the hotel, then we drive to the famous Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, one of the eight wonders of the world. Be excited to observe China's first emperor - Emperor Qin's great army of 8000 life-sized terracotta soldiers and horses in three burial pits. Afterwards,we continue to Huaqing Hot Spring in Mt Lishan. In ancient time, emperors used to come here to bathe and enjoy the scenic beauty. It has become a favorite spa since the Tang Dynasty.

Today is an another day to explore the history and culture in Xi' an.

We will visit Shaanxi Provincial Museum, one of the major museums in China. It is home to numerous unearthed cultural artifacts and represents the imposing image of a 13-dynasties capital.

After lunch in the local restaurant, head to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda with 7 floors in total. It is the traditional Chinese style decorated with some Buddha statues, where Tourists can see variety of Buddha statues and have panoramic Xi'an city at the top floor.

Spend the other whole day exploring culture and customer in Xi'an.

First we pay a visit to Qian Tomb, lies on Liangshan Hill, about 80 kilometers from Xi'an. It took 23 years to complete Qian Tomb. 

Afterwards, head up to the Hanyang Tomb, which is the one of the largest ancient tombs of the Western Han Dynasty ever discovered. 

Today our journey comes to an end after a good breakfast. You will be transferred to the airport or train station based on your schedule.
