It offers visitors an insight into the intricate process of ink making and displays over 1,000 varieties of ink moulds.

Day 1Huangshan Arrival & Hu Kaiwen Ink-stick Factory

Take a flight or a train to Huangshan. We will pick you up at the airport or railway station. Then, visit Hu Kaiwen Ink-stick Factory, which is renowned for its high-quality Hui ink, a traditional Chinese ink known for its rich black color and durability. It is a symbol of Chinese calligraphy and painting culture. Here you can find out how ancient Chinese people produce ink sticks (major item used to write and paint in ancient time).

Day 2Mt. Huangshan Day Tour

After breakfast, start your Huangshan journey with a scenic ride on the Yungu Cable Way, which is offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Visit the Beginning-to-Believe Peak to admire stunning natural beauty and panoramic views. Continue to the Black Tiger Pine, a famous ancient pine tree symbolizing nature's resilience and beauty. Head to Lion Peak, home to the Dawn Pavilion and the Stone Monkey Watching the Sea, iconic rock formations and popular photo spots. Explore the first ring of the West Sea Grand Canyon, known for its dramatic cliffs and pristine environment. Visit the Dispelling Cloud Pavilion for a relaxing stop with stunning mountain vistas. Conclude your day with a ride on the Taiping Cable Way, providing a different perspective of the mountainous terrain and a smooth descent back to the hotel.

* For an energetic hiker in good shape, hiking is also a good choice.

Day 3Hongcun Village & Departure

Have breakfast at hotel and check out. We will drive to visit Hongcun Village in Yi County. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its well-preserved ancient architecture and picturesque landscape. The village features over 140 well-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty buildings, showcasing traditional Hui-style architecture with white walls, black tiles, and ornate carvings.

After about 14:00pm, drive to catch your flight/train to next destination. See you next time!
