4 Days In-Depth Tour of Zhangjiajie

Today your flight will touch down in Zhangjiajie, we will meet you at the airport exit with a welcome board and then transfer to the local hotel check in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this city.

Today, after breakfast, you will be met by our guide and driver and then start your exciting visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

We will explore the famous Golden Whip Stream deep in the valley. This totally 7.5 kilometers long brook is one of the most beautiful places in the whole forest park area. Take an inspiring roam along the whispering pristine water on the paved path to immerse into tranquil wonderland with fresh air, colorful blooming flowers in different seasons, lush vegetation, etc. and be prepared to encounter with some wild monkeys.

Then go to challenge Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, the longest and highest Glass Bridge in the world. Walk past the bridge and appreciate the grand view of the beautiful Canyon.

Breakfast in the hotel, today you will head for one of the most famous attractions in the park and the one that attracts the most tourists – Tianzi Mountain. You will ascend the mountain by cable-car and at the top you will be able to enjoy views of Warrior Taming Horse Rock and the Western Sea which are two of the most stunning mountain formations in the whole park and are really a pleasure to see. 

Then take shuttle bus to Kongzhongtianyuan, from where you can see some rice field on the top of the peaks, which is very spectacular, hike down to a platform, you can get very close to the pillar mountains, which is one of the best view in the park! Then take shuttle bus to the top of Yuanjiajie area, which is now famous for Avatar shooting base. From here, you'll stand at the same level with the mid-age pillars, which is bigger than those on Tianzi mountain. Take Bailong elevator down.

Today is the last day of the trip. In the morning we will make a great trip to Tianmen Mountain, another magnificent national forest park in Zhangjiajie City, known as the most beautiful "Hanging Garden" in the world. Here, hold your breath to take two scary walks on the cliff path circling the mountain body. One is the transparent Glass Skywalk with, while the other is the Ghost-Valley Plank Road hanging on the cliff. 

After that, we will visit Tianmen Cave to see the giant hole on the mountain. This cave is really a rare wonder of the world. Next, walk downstairs along the super steep 999-steps with the highest inclination up to 45°, which is the only access to Tianmen Cave from the foot of the mountain for a lot of prayers worshipping there.  

Then, we will drive you to the airport and see you off.
