Mazu Temple

The Mazu Temple, built in 987 AD, is the world's first Mazu temple, which is one of the most famous scenic spots on Meizhou Island, and also the birthplace of Mazu belief. Goose Tail Magic Stone Park is located in the southernmost part of Meizhou Island, facing the sea on three sides, with an elevation of 65 meters, covering an area of about 480 mu. The topography of the park is like the tail of a goose, and the granite in the park has been formed naturally after 410 million years of historical changes, experts call it a "rare and typical Marine erosion landform." At the same time, the park also retains some ancient temples and inscriptions, which witness the long history and culture of Meizhou Island.


Jiubaolan Golden Beach

Jiubaolan Golden Beach

Located on the southwest jut of Meizhou Island, Jiubaolan Golden Beach is the longest, largest, and most charming beach, hanging like a hooked crescent moon over the clear blue sea.
