Khiva is an ancient Silk Road city, known as a living museum  city under the open sky with its UNESCO-listed  architecture. 

Bukhara is another historic gem, famous for its well-preserved old town. 

Samarkand is renowned for its stunning ancient landmarks, including the iconic Registan Square, the magnificent Shah-i-Zinda mausoleum complex and Gur-Emir (Mausoleum of Timur).

Day 1Arrive in Tashkent

You can arrange for your international flight to get to Tashkent. We will meet you at the airport. Then transfer you to the hotel and check you in.

First take a city tour in old part of the city, the architectural complex "Khazrati-Imam": Barak-Khan Madrasah (16th c.), The Kaffal-Shashi mausoleum (15th c.), Kukeldash Madrasah (16th c.), the Juma mosque (9th c.), Chorsu gigantesque oriental bazaar on the right of the square Chorsu. Next is to the Independence Square and central part of the city.

Day 2Tashkent Urgench Khiva

Morning take the flight to Urgench, the administrative centre of the Khorezm region. Then transfer to Khiva, the only "Museum-city under the open sky" in Central Asia that has been completely preserved up to the present day and accommodation. City tour around the architectural complex Ichan-Qala - the historical center of Khiva, which has been inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List; Kunya-Ark khan's castle - the inner citadel of Ichan-Qala (16-17th cc.); Kalta Minor Tower (Short minaret) that would have become the biggest and tallest minaret in Central Asia; Muhammad Amin-Khan - the biggest medieval medressa in Khiva (1845-1855 yy.); Juma Mosque with 213 wooden columns and a minaret 32,5 m height. 

After lunch, following tour of Tash-Hauli (Stone courtyard) palace looking like a fortress with a high battlements, towers and fortified gates (19th c.); Ak-Mosque (White Mosque) - a small quarter mosque by the gates of Palvan-Darvaza (1838-1842); necropolis of Pahlavan Mahmud - the cultic center of Ichan-Qala (1810-1913 yy.); residence of Islam Khodja (1910 y.) - the Vizier (Minister) of the last khan. Ensemble consists of the smallest medressa in Khiva and a minaret whose top platform has a height of 45 meters and is the highest observation point in town.

Breakfast in the hotel. Starting at 08:00 drive to Bukhara through the desert along the course of the Amudarya River. You’ll make a short photo stop at the sight of Amudarya (Oxus River). Picknick lunchbox on road riverside tea-house.

We arrive in the afternoon in Sacred Bukhara, one of the most esteemed cities of Islamic civilization. On arrival accommodation. Free time for old city walking.

Breakfast in the hotel. SS of Bukhara: Poikalon architectural ensemble of “Masjidi Kalon”, “Miri Arab” madrasah and minaret Kalon (46 m). Ulugbek Madrassah 1417 was the earliest of three commissioned by the enlightened Timurid ruler. Abdul Aziz Khan Madrassah (1652). Visit the Jewish Quarter with Sinagogue. 

Trading Domes including Togi Zargaron, Togi Telpak furushon and Togi Saraffon Afghan trades. Tim Abdullakhan and one of the most elegant trade halls. Magoki Attori mosque, Labi-Hauz (XVI—XVII c) — a complex with Nodir — Devon Begi madrasa.

ARK Fortress — in middle ages it was a whole town with the emirs house, with wives, mosques mint place, government institutes, store rooms, a prison and a square for public executions, Bolo Khous Ensemble, Samanid mausoleum (IXc) 1st brick building shaped as cube covered by dome with unrepeatable geometrical brickwork design, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum

Day 5Bukhara Samarkand

After breakfast visit summer residence of Bukahra Emir - Sitorai-Mokhi-Hossa (19th c.). Madrassah Chor Minor (19 c.) - is a tiny madrasah with four different minarets. Visit  to the national house-museum named after merchant F. Khodjaev (XIXc). 

After lunch and transfer to railway station for fast train Bukhara – Samarkand. Arrival in Samarkand and check into the hotel.

Meet your guide and driver at hotel lobby to start city tour. Visit spectacular Registan Square, remains of Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Siob BazaarAfrosiyob museum, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis. Later, we will take train back to Tashkent.

Notes:

1. Driving Time Variations: Due to the changing conditions of some roads and traffic, the actual driving time may vary slightly from the mentioned time in the itinerary. Please be prepared for potential changes.

2. Flight Details: Flight times are subject to change by the airlines. Each passenger is allowed a carry-on bag of 5 kg and checked baggage of 20 kg. Overweight baggage will incur an additional charge of approximately 2-3 USD per kg.

3. Registration for Extended Stay: If the traveler stays more than 3 working days in Uzbekistan, the travel agency will register and stamp your passport at the local Tourist Board.

4. Early Morning Departures: In case of very early morning departures, a breakfast box will be provided to ensure you have a meal before starting your journey.

5. Visa and Airport Procedures: Make sure you have a spare passport photo with you to facilitate and expedite visa and other procedures at the airport.
