Day 1Guangzhou Arrival

Today you will catch the flight to Guangzhou. We will meet you at the airport with a welcome board, then drive you to hotel for check in.

Day 2Chen Clan Ancestral Hall+Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall+Yuexiu Park+Baiyun Mountain

Full day Guangzhou tour. The day begins with visiting Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, "a symmetric complex consist of 19 buildings with nine halls and six courtyards". The academy, as the epitome of traditional Chinese architecture, has a great influence on the world's architectural development. Free time for you to stroll at Shamian Island and Qingping Market to see local people's life. 

Afterwards, visit the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, a magnificent building and an important place for large-scale meetings and performances. Then head to Yuexiu Park, a great combination of cultural relics and natural scenery. Enjoy the natural beauty of the park on passage, and visit Five Rams Stone Statue which is located at the top of Yuexiu Hill. The statue is the symbol of Guangzhou.

Next, Baiyun Mountain in Baiyun District has been one of the most famous spots of natural beauty in Guangzhou, and it's still known as the First Spectacular Scene of the city. You can stand on the summit and look over the whole city and the beautiful Pearl River, the most famous river in Guangzhou.

Day 3Beijing Road+Bruce Lee's Ancestral Home+Yongqing Fang+Cantonese Opera Museum

This morning, we will depart from hotel and transfer to visit Beijing Road, which is one of the most prosperous pedestrian streets in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. There are many small restaurants selling delicious local snacks, such as wonton noodles, flank beef rice noodle, fish ball rice noodle, and special soft sausage. 

Then head to visit Bruce Lee's ancestral home, which is a typical Xiguan mansion, where his father, Li Haiquan, lived for more than ten years. Nowadays, Bruce Lee's ancestral home integrates more modern technological means to enhance the viewing experience of tourists, and even allows for a "space exchange" with Bruce Lee through holographic projection. This has become a popular attraction for people to learn about a generation of martial arts masters.

Continue our trip to Yongqing Fang. The Yongqingfang Tourist Area in Xiguan, Guangzhou has the most complete preserved arcade architectural complex and the Republic of China architecture with a fusion of Chinese and Western styles. It has a rich historical and cultural heritage and is a benchmark for Guangzhou's efforts to create an organic urban renewal in the new era of China with historical and cultural heritage and contemporary urban life integration. Here we will also pay a visit to Cantonese Opera Museum.

Day 4Guangzhou Departure

Say farewell to Guangzhou. Then you will be transferred to the airport and back to your destination. Wish you a pleasant journey home!

Climate and Altitude

Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.
