Day 1Huangshan Day Tour

Morning Pickup and Transfer to Yungu Cable Station

Morning at 8:30 a.m., meet with the tour guide at the hotel lobby. After a warm welcome, we will drive to the Huangshan Scenic Area.

You will be transferred to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer center, where you will take a shuttle bus to the Yungu cable station. The Yungu cable car ride offers a convenient and comfortable way to ascend the mountain.

Explore Huangshan Natural Wonders

Once at the top, you'll embark on a full day of exploration among Huangshan's most iconic sites. Visit breathtaking locations such as White Goose Peak, Beginning-to-Believe Peak, and the majestic Black Tiger Pine. Enjoy a leisurely lunch atop the mountain (at your own expense), surrounded by panoramic views.

Continue your journey to other remarkable attractions like the Lion Peak, where a rock formation resembling a monkey gazing at the sea of clouds invites your imagination. Don't miss the enchanting Flower Growing Out of a Writing Brush Rock, a natural wonder that captivates all the visitors.

Descending the Mountain & Return to Huangshan City

Around 3:30 p.m., you can choose to descend the mountain on foot or take the Yungu cable car ride back down.

At the end of the memorable Huangshan day tour, you will return to Huangshan city in the late afternoon. We can send you to the hotel, train station or the airport. Also, we are very happy to arrange you the itinerary to the surrounding places like the Hongcun Village, Xidi Village, Tangmo Village, etc.

Climate and Altitude

Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.
