Day 1Hohhot Arrival

Today you will take the flight to Hohhot, which named “Green City". Upon arrival, we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel for checking in. Then prepare for some appliances for tomorrow's riding activity in original ecological grassland and desert.

Day 2Xilamuren Grassland Sightseeing

Today is a good day, in the morning, local guide will meet you at the hotel and then depart for Xilamuren Grassland Camp, which is a swan lake resort. You will enjoy a welcome ceremony by inviting you to drink after getting down from a horse.

Lunch will arrange Mongolian cuisine for you. Then choose a horse you like for you and ride it to gallop, shuttling down the whole grassland and enjoy the pleasant time.

In the evening, you will have a chance to take part in the best Mongolia Fraudulent horse dinner party and bonfire party, learning the origin of the Zhama banquet and feeling the hospitality of the people of Mongolia.

Day 3visit Ngoux Nzhuab Obo and Herdsman’s Family

Enjoy the sunrise in the early morning, then you will take a ride to Ngoux Nzhuab Obo, the largest obo in Xilamuren Grassland. Upon arrival, offer sacrifices to Aobao, watch folk customs, appreciate five animals, and enjoy the Legend of the Desert South.

Continue a ride to the home of the original ecological herdsmen, communicate closely with the traditional Mongolian herdsmen. Later prepare a prairie bonfire dinner together with local families.

Day 4explore Huagna, then have fun in Wengongnao

Another wonderful day is coming, after breakfast, you will take a ride to Huagna. Take a short rest after lunch, and continue the ride to the Wengongnao. On the way, you can enjoy the beauty of the prairie. When you ride around the boundless prairie, look up at the blue sky and white clouds,  you will feel integrate with nature and experience the freedom of life.

Then prepare dinner after arriving at the Wengongnao. You can also join to make Mongolian roast meat.

Day 5full day enjoy Dabusu

The journey is still ongoing. Today's destination is the Dabusu. On the way you will stop to have a lunch and take a short rest.

Then continue riding to Dabusu for a one-day trip to the ecological Prairie Biking! You will be amazed for the breathtaking scenery of this place.

Day 6admire Wulanhudong, then take a ride to Mongolia Yurt Camp

Get up early and start your journey! Today we will take a ride to Wulanhudong. Then take a short break for lunch and continue riding back to the mongolia yurt camp. On the way you will passing through a natural lake-Swan Lake, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Xilamuren prairie. After reaching to yurt camp, have dinner and night live in yurt.

Day 7hike along the Great Green Mountain, then drive to visit Mongolia Museum in Hohhot

This wonderful day will start from driving to green Yinshan Mountains. Upon arrival, we will hike along the Great Green Mountain dotted with primitive birch forests to experience natural beauties.

After lunch, drive to Mongolia Museum. With a collection of 44,000 objects, this museum displays the unique ethnic history of Northern Tribes and serves as a window to know Inner Mongolia deeply.

After a leisure time in the museum, we will back to the hotel for overnight stay. Have a good rest!

Day 8Hohhot Departure

Today in the morning, your wonderful riding tour comes to an end. Say farewell to Hohhot and you will be transferred to the airport, take the flight back to your sweet home. It has been a great holiday and we look forward to seeing you another China tour!

Climate and Altitude

Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.
