Ashgong Gorge

After thousands of years of erosion by flowing water and carving by wind, they formed a variety of towering rock cliffs. As Danxia landform, it has the characteristics of Danxia landform naturally. Red Cliff is widely developed and precipitous in shape. Most of them are square mountains, stone walls, stone peaks and pillars with flat tops, steep bodies and slow foothills, with high ornamental value.The rocks that formed these red mountains were red clastic rocks deposited in inland basins. When the crust lifted into the mountains, the slopes collapsed and retreated, eventually eroding into steep mountains on all sides.
