Our day begins with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. First on our itinerary is the iconic Tian'anmen Square, renowned as the world's largest urban square. Following our exploration, we'll proceed directly to its architectural counterpart -the largest imperial palace complex in China - the Forbidden City.
After immersing ourselves in imperial history, we'll enjoy a traditional Beijing lunch before continuing to the Temple of Heaven. Situated in southern Beijing, this architectural masterpiece served as the sacred site where emperors performed solemn rituals to pray for good harvests.
As the afternoon unfolds, we'll transition from imperial grandeur to grassroots culture by exploring Beijing's characteristic Hutong. These ancient alleyways form a maze-like network dating back to the 13th century Yuan Dynasty, offering a comprehensive understanding of Beijing's layered history from royal glory to folk culture.
Morning head to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Section is called as the Majestic Pass on Precipitous Mountains, which is one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, it is also the longest Great Wall in China.
On the way, you can take a photo stop at the 2008 Olympic Site to see the Bird's Nest National Stadium and Water Cube Aquatic Centre. We will travel to the Summer Palace, Situated in the Haidian District northwest of Beijing City, the Summer Palace is 15 kilometers from central Beijing. Being the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China, it has greatly influenced Chinese horticulture and landscape with its famous natural views and cultural interests. It has long since been recognized as 'The Museum of Royal Gardens', here you can spend a few hours to explore the garden or take a boat trip if you are interested.
In the morning, you will be transferred to the train station to take the high speed train to Xi'an. Our guide and driver will meet you at the railway station. Then take you to the hotel and check you in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this city.
Drive to the countryside of the Xi'an city about 1hrs, we will start our journey from the most impressive historic site Terracotta Warriors which are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. Work is ongoing at this site, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum in Lintong, It is a sight not to be missed by any visitor to China. Believe you will be amazed by the culture and history to get a feeling back to Qing Dynasty during the 3hrs experience. (No flash when take photos)
Lunch will be in the local restaurant, we will proceed to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda built to house Buddhist scriptures collected by a Chinese Monk. Big Wild Goose Pagoda has 7 floors in total. Architecture is traditional Chinese style decorating with some Buddha statues. Tourists can see variety of Buddha statues and see the whole Xi'an city at the top floor.
Spend the other whole day exploring culture and customer in Xi'an. we will go to the Shaanxi Province Museum, This provincial museum is one of the major museums in China. It holds numerous unearthed cultural artifacts from within the Shaanxi province as well as the rest of China. The newly built modern building recreates Tang-dynasty architecture and successfully symbolizes the great extent of Shaanxi history and its remarkable culture.
Afterwards, drive you to the Ancient City Wall, This is the most complete city wall that has survived in China as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. you will enter the city wall through the ticket gate. Standing on the wall, you can't use your eyes to judge how long the wall is. you can walk around the city wall or experience the cycling. and then explore the Muslim Street, Relax with free walking along the street tasting he local delicious food and exploring the local lifestyle.
After the breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the train station and catch the train to Pingyao. Upon arrival, visit the World Heritage listed ancient town of Pingyao. You will see there the city surrounded by Ming City Walls. Pingyao was China's banking center and has many mansions, courtyard house, temples, museums and historic shops. You will stroll from Ming Qing street to Town Tower, Armed Escort Company Museum. Ming Qing street, also known as 'South Street,' was the center of commercial activities in Pingyao and is lined with shops and courtyard residences. The 18-metre high City Tower, one of the highlights of the old city, straddles Ming Qing Street, and many of the main tourist sites can also be found close by.
This morning we will pay a visit to Qiao's Family Compound, which is a large architectural complex whose magnificent building reflects the unique living styles of northerners in ancient China during the Qing Dynasty. Thereafter, drive to Taiyuan and catch the afternoon flight to Chengdu for overnight stay.
After breakfast take a scenic drive to the world's largest Buddha Statue(71m high)at Leshan County,walk down to the foot of the Buddha and hope on a river cruise to appreciate its fill stature and splendor from the river. After the visiting, drive to Mount Qingcheng for rest.
Leshan Buddha Sculpture: The Giant Buddha of Leshan (aka Dafo) is the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world, carved out of a cliff face by an 8th-century monk in southern Szechuan province. The Giant Buddha overlooks the confluence of the Minjiang, Dadu and Qingyi rivers and faces the sacred Mount Emei (with which it shares its World Heritage status).
After breakfast, we will head to Mount Qingcheng, located in the southwest of the Dujiangyan Irrigation System of China in Sichuan Province, is one of the most famous Taoist mountains in China. It is also a very attractive and intriguing scenic spot that is covered by luxuriant and verdant trees. The mountain, which is surrounded by numerous peaks and is shaped like a city, is dubbed 'the most peaceful and secluded mountain under heaven' and combines perfectly with its evergreen scenery.
After that, we will drive back to Chengdu and continue the tour to Temple of Marquis, It was combined with the Temple of Liu Bei at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty; consequently, the entrance plaque reads 'Zhaolie Temple of Han Dynasty' (Zhaolie is the posthumous title of Liu Bei). The current Wuhou Temple was rebuilt in 1672. Surrounded by old cypresses and classical red walls, it evokes nostalgia. stroll around the Jinli Ancient Street, which is the one of the oldest and most commercial streets in history.
After breakfast visit the fascinating Giant Panda Breeding and Research Centre to learn morn about these amazing endangered animals and the programs that are being implemented to protect them. head to the Kuan&Zhai Alley, which is one of Chengdu has a long history of business cards, where you can touch history here left traces, into the alley, into the The most Chengdu, the world's oldest and most fashionable old Chengdu. Later explore bustling teahouses and take a stroll in the lively People's Park.
Today you will take the flight from Chengdu to Huangshan Tunxi Airport via Yichang. We will meet you at the airport, transfer you to the hotel and check you in. Feel free at leisure for the rest of the day.
In the morning, we will head to Huangshan Mountain, the driver and guide will pick you up at the agreed time and drive you to the Scenic Area. The guide will take you up the mountain by cable car, and you can choose to ascend by cable car or on foot depending on your condition.
Mount Huangshan : A UNESCO World Heritage Site set amidst "the loveliest mountains of China." Mount Huangshan, aka Yellow Mountain, is a once-in-a-lifetime trek for many Chinese. The 1,863-meter mountain is renowned for its oddly shaped pines, spectacular rock formations, hot springs and seas of misty and melancholy clouds.
Enjoy the sunrise in the early morning, and continue enjoy the majestic scnerey of Mount Huangshan. Afternoon, drive to Hongcun for overnight stay. You can admire the fusion of Huizhou-style architecture with the water landscapes to experience the artistic conception of a "painting-like village" in Hongcun Village.
After breakfast, we will visit the Hongcun Village,The 900-year-old village of Hongcun has long drawn in-the-know Chinese visitors, who love its tranquil vibe and distinctive Huizhou architecture. Walking the narrow lanes paved with quartzite and seeing farmers working in rice fields, with the reflection of ancient houses in the lake, should provide enough material to get you started on your own visual masterpiece.
After the visiting, you will be transferred to Huangshan Tunxi airport and back to your sweet home.
