With Lesley efficiency, responsiveness and flexibility, she got my sister and me onto a private tour within 2 weeks of first contact. 
This trip has surprising, amazing and wonderful as i did minimum research on the tour and agent. I just went with my guts to engage Lesley. I would absolutely come back for the other parts of china in future. 
No words can describe the service, tours and sights that we have been put up and seen. She was very prompt and responsive to our questions and assisted us during our trip when we had issues with airport check-in (even thought it was not a matter concerning tour package). Thanks for arranging for the birthday surprise as well! Trip wise, it was packed with the key attractions for the route we took An eye opening experience facilitated by friendly, informative, good English-speaking local guides. Must mind to pack snacks or take heavy breakfast as lunch may be skipped. The driver and guide took good care of us and made sure the road trips and transfers were as comfortable and smooth as they could be. At Kashgar, guide also acceded our request to visit a livestock market which was not in the original plan. Blessed and best decision we made for going with China Silk Road Travel.

This was one of our best holidays, a Silk Road private tour. Lesley took great care in accommodating our requests at the planning stage and always responded to emails promptly. We had a rather complicated itinerary, with 7 stops, as many different hotels, 6 high speed train journeys, all in 10 days, and with 5 different sets of Guide and Driver. Everything worked like clockwork. Excellent choice of itinerary, great hotels and very helpful and experienced guides and drivers The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend booking private Silk Road tours with this company.

I have been using the services of XINJIANG CHINA INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AGENCY several times between 2010 and 2014. The places I wanted to visit are the famous grottoes of the Turfan area (Kyzil, Besäklik, Komtura etc.) with their Buddhist paintings, the “sand buried cities”, as well the Buddhist monasteries in DunHuang, and along the yellow River until Xian.

Lesley the CEO of CITA and my guide, Aisha, have been extremely helpful, very well organized and willing to adapt to my travel plans, which covered many places of difficult access and accommodation; I specially appreciated their ability to come up with alternative routes and places to visit when some local events required sudden changes to the plans;

I can therefor highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to discover the many hidden or less known places along both legs of Xinjian part of the Silkroad from Kashgar to Xian.

My partner and I were planning a trip to Silk Road. We inquired with a half dozen companies and decided on joining private tours with Lesley. She helped us designed a customized itinerary that was exactly what we need. Each of the stops we had amazing English speaking tour guides that were informative, friendly, professional and went out of their way to cater to an amazing experience. The vans were comfortable and safe. During the entire journey, we felt we were well taken care of and had the most amazing time. We had a wonderful journey through Xinjiang with 2 families of friends with 4 children (7 to 15 years old). Amazing views, meeting very nice people, testing good food, it was really great ! I highly recommend to get there with Lesley's help

We had an excellent trip visiting Xinjiang, Gansu, Shaanxi and Henan. I had organized a private tour with English speaking tour guides. We were 18 of old friends from Canada, the U.S. and the Philippines. Our Silk Road trip started on Oct 11 -22 from Urumqi n ended in Luoyang. The trip was arranged by Lesley Lee -Travel Director of Xinjiang China Int'l Travel Co Ltd. The itinerary, hotel accommodations and meals were very nicely done. All our tour guides were very knowledgeable, young, vibrant and extremely pleasant. It was a hectic schedules but a very enjoyable trip. All of us had a great time. Thanks to Lesley Lee for such a responsible, accommodating n helpful travel director.

The Silk Road tour you organised was every thing I wanted. It covered the main attractions of the route we chose, and the hotels were also very nice.
The tour guides are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and hope to meet them in the future.

We had a superb time, thanks entirely to Lesley, her arrangements, and hand holding when we needed it. The hotels, vehicles, drivers, guides, sights she picked were spot on. My wife had the time of her life - an unforgettable adventure. On several other occasions too Lesley either answered the phone right away or called back within 5 minutes. For us this support was critical in having a trip to remember! 

I'm not a very forgiving reviewer, but for these guys I feel like rewarding a 10, not just a 5!

Beautiful trip. We had a nice group eager to discover this magnificent area and had multiple and excellent guides and drivers.
