You can obtain the permit by applying through a local travel agency in Tibet. Please note! Foreign travelers are not allowed to board trains or flights to Tibet without the TTP.

Note! The permit indicates all the destinations and scenic spots you will visit when you come to Tibet, and you can't change them after you arrive in Tibet. Therefore, you must confirm your travel itinerary with the travel agency before applying for it.
