Day 2 Full-day sightseeing in Shenzhen。

We will have a full-day sightseeing in Shenzhen. We'll start by visiting the Window of the World, which is ranked among the top 20 theme parks in the Asia-Pacific region. Following that, we will head to the China Folk Village, the first large-scale cultural tourist area in China that brings together the folk arts, folk customs, and residential buildings of various ethnic groups in one park. In the evening, we will enjoy the night view and watch the light show at Shenzhen Futian Civic Center Plaza.

Day 3Take the train to Xiamen, drive along Huandao Road, and visit Eighth Market, Xiamen University, and Zhongshan Road.

Take the train to Xiamen. 

Once you arrive, drive along Huandao Road and enjoy the scenic views along the way. After that, take a walking tour of the local Eighth Market to experience the authentic local lifestyle and discover some delicious local cuisine. Don't miss visiting Xiamen University, which is situated next to the sea and built alongside a mountain. The university features a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles, making it one of the most beautiful universities in China. You can also capture some stunning photos with your partner amidst the beautiful scenery. Another must-see attraction in Xiamen is Zhongshan Road, a historic landmark. Explore its unique arcade buildings and historical relics to immerse yourself in its rich culture and long history, or indulge in some shopping along Zhongshan Road.

Day 4Drive to Yongding, visit Tianluokeng Tulou and Yongding Hakka Folk Culture Village.

After breakfast, we will visit Tianluokeng Tulou. The area has a unique terrain, with surrounding towering mountains and a low-lying middle area that resembles a pit and is named Tianluokeng. After that, we'll head to Yongding Hakka Folk Culture Village. The buildings in the scenic area are unique and surrounded by green mountains, water, bamboo, waterwheels, and farmland, forming a colorful and picturesque setting.

Climate and Altitude

Generally speaking Mid March—End Oct are the best time to visit Silk Road. And we strongly suggest you come in May, June, October to avoid the heat and crowd. No need to worry about high altitude along the Silk Road. We will prepare Oxygen bags if the package includes Xiahe, Qinghai Lake and Taxkorgan County.
